Now Sammy has returned to his first love – Scotch – and is sharing his knowledge and love of whisky throughout Asia.
Favourite Scotch: Quite simply – Isle of Jura 21 Year Old. I was privileged to try this extraordinary single malt on a tour of Jura. It’s a complex yet joyful whisky that was a crucial part of my whisky education – being able to understand the full and fragrant tones really bought home why I wanted to share my knowledge – so everyone can appreciate whiskies of this quality!
