Favourite Scotch: I was first introduced to gently peated whiskies through an amazing blended whisky called Bailie Nicol Jarvie. Sadly no longer produced, I tend to defer to the widely available Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old which is a great value, fresh, lightly peated whisky.
